Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Planner to join our team at Kenco Logistics Services, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics component of our supply chain architecture, ensuring that product demand is identified, ordered, managed, and processed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Download and review the Oracle Supply Demand Analysis (SDA) report to determine product demand and place requisitions to satisfy demand.
  • Review SDA and identify past due inbound and outbound sales orders.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, including Sales and Transportation teams, to ensure orders are fulfilled.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct monthly cycle counts to ensure alignment with Oracle and warehouses.
  • Complete action inventory reconciliation adjustments through Oracle.
  • Employ effective communication methods, including email, phone, and instant messaging, to connect with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and support intermediary relationships between assigned customers and relevant service providers.
  • Complete special projects and assignments as requested.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or minimum 2 years relevant experience required.
  • 2 years Supply Chain (planning & procurement) experience preferred.
  • ERP system knowledge (Oracle or SAP experience preferred).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Travel Requirements:

  • This position is expected to travel approximately 25% or less.
