Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care to adult and geriatric Ortho patients
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop nursing care plans based on determination of nursing diagnoses and identified problems
  • Implement nursing care within the RN's scope of practice, including compliance with laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement teaching plans for patients concerning promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an acute care hospital within the last 3 years
  • Strong clinical expertise and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work rotating weekends and night shifts
