Cardiovascular Sonographer Job Description

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular Sonographer to join our dynamic cardiology team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound examinations to assess cardiovascular health and assist in patient management.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare professionals to interpret findings and develop patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients and their families about procedures and answer any questions they may have.
  • Stay current with advancements in cardiovascular technology and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
  • Current certification from a recognized accrediting body (e.g., ARDMS, CCI).
  • Experience in cardiovascular ultrasound preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
