Dentist Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Plainville, CT. Our ideal candidate prioritizes patient care and has a compassionate and confident bedside manner.

About Our Practice

• We have been in business since 1971.
• We have a 50/50 PPO/FFS mix.
• Our schedule is full-time, Tuesday to Friday.
• We have 4,500 active patients.
• We have 6 doctor chairs and 6 hygiene chairs.
• We are a Cone beam, iTero, and Invisalign provider, and we have an in-house Periodontist.
• We have a beautiful office with large spacious operatories, lab, and sterilization rooms.

Compensation

• We offer a strong minimum guarantee and a percentage of collections.
• We provide a generous CE allowance.
• We offer benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) eligibility, and other voluntary benefits.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active license in Connecticut, in good standing.
• Completion of a residency program in general dentistry, preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on prevention.
• A desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.
