Job Summary:

The Construction Portfolio Administrator will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks related to the Climate Friendly Homes Fund (CFHF), including loan setup, client file maintenance, and project tracking. This full-time, hybrid position requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as advanced system knowledge and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CFHF grants and loans, ensuring compliance with CPC policies and procedures
  • Fund and disburse construction project funds, working closely with the Construction Portfolio Manager
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for project progress and financials
  • Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with all parties involved in CFHF transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and project execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a portfolio administrator or similar role
  • Advanced System knowledge (Strategy; Budget etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, take initiative and solve problems proactively
