Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to support our senior staff in accomplishing our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends and be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our presence across all major social media platforms, creating high-quality video content, and designing and executing email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and enhance our presence across all major social media platforms
  • Create high-quality video content using advanced editing tools and techniques
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with our client base
  • Assist in planning and organizing client-focused events and campaigns
  • Manage and maintain content across all platforms, including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics
  • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation
  • Develop branded marketing materials, such as social posts, blogs, and web copy

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field
  • Strong understanding of the latest marketing trends
  • Expert use of the Google tools suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive) for project management and organization
  • Proficiency in managing CRM systems for campaign and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

What We Offer:

  • $23 - $25 hourly + performance bonus per year
