About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and selling insurance products that meet their needs.
  • Management: Assisting in the management of our insurance agency, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and implementing sales strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • P&C License: A valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Life & Health: A Life and Health license is preferred but not required.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
