Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Zealandia Holding Co. in Sunset Beach, NC. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mixing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and serve drinks to owners and guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety standards
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
  • TIPS and ServSafe certifications preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
