Operations Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and developing workgroups to ensure safety, production, and attendance standards are met. You will set and maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. This role requires innovative and effective leadership, as well as a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training with new and current employees.
- Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Implement employee personal development plans to support their continued growth.
- Ensure all employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Management experience - Preferred
