  • Supply Chain Management: Verify and sign off on all incoming shipments and ensure that all paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Team Development: Manage the training and development of warehouse staff, including performance monitoring and progress tracking.
  • Performance Improvement: Drive outstanding performance and formulate improvement plans as needed.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and logistics teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of prior warehouse work experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to express well-reasoned, independent thought.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Self-Starter: Self-starter mentality with the ability to identify opportunities and implement changes.
  • Certifications and Software Skills: Forklift certification and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Leadership and Analytical Skills: Strong work ethic, analytical skills, and the ability to manage people effectively and lead by example.
Education:
  • Degree: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred Degree: Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Logistics.
