As a Delivery Support Associate, you will leverage your strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail to ensure our operations run smoothly and effectively. Compensation and Benefits Overview.

The hourly wage for this position is $21. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The final pay may vary and is applicable for roles performed in California. This rate is subject to change in the future. This position is also eligible for hourly shift differential pay. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and additional benefits for eligible employees.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist drivers in delivering products to local businesses and establishments
  • Organize and manage inventory on the delivery vehicle
  • Support the driver in maneuvering the vehicle post-delivery
  • Foster positive relationships with customers

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

Preferred qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to adapt to changing work assignments
  • Ability to recognize potential issues and communicate with supervisors
  • Capability to work collaboratively and exhibit positive work behaviors

Physical Requirements:

This role necessitates the ability to:

  • Utilize a hand truck
  • Navigate a truck ramp while handling products weighing 50-75 pounds
  • Ascend and descend stairs while carrying products
