About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our team at CarMax. As a key member of our detailing team, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cosmetic inspections of vehicles to identify areas for improvement
- Repair and replace small parts to ensure vehicles are in good working order
- Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to achieve a showroom finish
- Follow and promote CarMax's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
Requirements
- Experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer focus and attention to detail to deliver exceptional results
- Possession of a valid driver's license
