Long Term Care Professional

As a Long Term Care RN, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care at skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Your responsibilities may include developing personalized care plans for patients, closely monitoring their long-term progress, and ensuring the highest standards of overall care and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Closely monitoring patients' long-term progress and adjusting care plans accordingly
- Supervising hands-on care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years recent experience in the field with a strong focus on long-term care
- An active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
- Additional requirements and certifications as specified by the facility/unit
- A compassionate approach, coupled with excellent multitasking skills
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, you can expect:
