Job Title: Restoration TechnicianJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team at SERVPRO of Bethlehem. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, evaluating and performing restoration activities, and communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage and fire damage.
  • Evaluate and perform restoration activities, including water extraction, fire damage restoration, and demolition.
  • Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies for each project.
  • Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements with supervisors.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
  • IICRC certification is a plus.
Skills and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
