We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Connoisseur to join our team at PL Boutique Investors, LLC in Point Loma, San Diego. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, preparing and serving cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

About the Job

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as vacation and sick leave.

Responsibilities

The Bartender will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner and taking orders.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Working effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two+ years of full employment in a related position within a hotel or independent restaurant.
  • Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience required.
  • Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30lbs.
  • Ability to operate beverage/coffee and toast equipment.
