Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of commercial and industrial projects, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and to develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that are innovative, sustainable, and meet the client's needs.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of other architects, engineers, and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are being constructed in accordance with the design and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other partners to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
Requirements:
  • Professional degree in Architecture (BA or MA) from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the development of commercial and industrial projects, with a strong background in design and project management.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, with experience in 3D software modeling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
