Job Title: NC Punch Operator, Sheet Metal Fabrication

We are seeking a skilled NC Punch Operator to join our Sheet Metal Fabrication Department at InterMetro Industries, Corporation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate NC Turrets, Fiber Laser, and Laser/Turret equipment.
  • Utilize precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to meet production and quality standards.
  • Load and modify part programs using machine programming language.
  • Perform and verify machine set-ups to meet performance and quality standards.
  • Run auxiliary equipment as assigned.
  • Use basic math skills and simple tools such as tape measure and protractor.
  • Clean and maintain work area.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Meet production and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Maintain regular attendance.
  • Experience working in a team-based environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, or technical drawings.
  • Ability to use common measuring systems and measurement tools.
