About the Role:

As a Medical Screener/Phlebotomist at BioLife Plasma Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of plasma donations. Your primary responsibility will be to screen donors and collect plasma samples, while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen donors for eligibility and collect plasma samples
  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures to collect blood samples
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors
  • Work collaboratively with the plasma center team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
