Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Transport Paramedic to join our team at TriStar Skyline Medical Center. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced life support to patients in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate emergency medical vehicles and respond to emergency calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Evaluate patient condition and provide appropriate treatment, including administering medications and performing invasive procedures.
- Communicate patient data and condition to medical personnel at emergency treatment facilities.
- Manage non-medical situations, such as crowd control and patient valuables.
- Lift and transport patients, ensuring their safety and stability during transport.
Requirements:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
- Prehospital Trauma Life Support certification (obtained within 60 days of employment start date)
- Driving record
- Emergency Medical Paramedic (EMP) certification
- Drivers License
