The Custodial Technician role involves executing thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks across designated areas within a facility or multiple client locations. The specific responsibilities of the custodial team may vary, requiring adaptability to meet client needs.

Compensation: $9.00 per hour

The following duties are essential to fulfill the requirements of this position. Additional tasks may be assigned:

• Dispose of waste and clean all waste receptacles, ensuring proper removal of trash.
• Maintain cleanliness of ashtrays and replenish sand in urns as necessary.
• Dust and clean all wall hangings, including frames and charts.
• Perform damp dusting on ceiling vents, air conditioning diffusers, and other ventilation components.
• Vacuum carpets and mats in all areas, including lobbies and hallways.
• Dust and sanitize all office furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Polish and clean all metal hardware and bright work.
• Maintain tile floor surfaces through appropriate cleaning methods.
• Wipe and polish glass surfaces.
• Clean entryway glass on both sides.
• Remove stains from vertical surfaces, including doors and light switches.
• Sanitize and restock supplies in restrooms.
• Sweep and mop floors as required.

To succeed in this role, candidates must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and experience required:

• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a custodial or similar role.
