Healthcare Litigation Specialist with ERISA Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Litigation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an experienced attorney with a solid background in ERISA litigation, you will play a key role in representing clients in managed care and employee benefits matters.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes for our clients
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest legal trends and regulations affecting managed care and employee benefits
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure the best legal service delivery
- Advise clients on the legal implications of managed care and employee benefits decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managed care and employee benefits litigation
- Proven experience in healthcare litigation and ERISA litigation
- Strong knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to managed care and employee benefits
- Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
