Job Overview

As a vital member of our team, Front Desk Agents play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your primary duties will include welcoming and registering guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout their stay. You will also be responsible for managing reservations and performing concierge duties to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and assist them with the registration process.
  • Handle inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide concierge services to guests, offering recommendations and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient environment.
  • Utilize the hotel’s computer systems to manage guest information and reservations effectively.
  • Assist in the handling of guest requests, messages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; relevant college coursework is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in basic math and financial transactions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
