The Woodshed is seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing meals quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a clean and organized grill area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grill and work effectively in a high-heat environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact positively with guests
  • Present meals in an appealing manner and deliver them to guests
  • Manage the guest line around the grill and maintain a smooth flow
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Stock and maintain the toppings counter
  • Keep the grill and surrounding area clean and organized

Personal Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Continuous use of hands and arms, with frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
  • Maintain a strong personal image and adhere to uniform standards
