Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator

At Strata Decision Technology, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain integrated applications in Salesforce, including embedded applications.
  • Manage other enterprise applications and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce.
  • Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Assist in end-of-life updates and application consolidation, including Salesforce: Process Builder, Workflow, Profiles.
  • Respond to issues, change requests, and manage system upgrades, releases, and change control processes.
  • Implement security practices by monitoring login and user activity, auditing fields, profile access, security permissions, and de-activating unneeded user accounts.
  • Maintain sandbox environments used for testing and training.
  • Complete regular internal audits of the system.
  • Gather business requirements and system documentation.
  • Train users on system functionality and new features.
  • Maintain data quality by identifying, deleting, or merging duplicate records, cleansing, and updating inaccurate data.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience with Salesforce.com required.
  • 3+ years' experience with at least two of the following: Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud.
  • Comfortable with setting up new integrations, managing, and consolidating existing ones.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
  • Advanced Administrator and/or App Builder Certification preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple departments (Finance, Operations, Services, Sales, IT).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce flow and Lightning required.
  • Proven ability to examine processes, identify, and implement efficiencies.
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the following a plus: NetSuite, Marketo, TaskRay, Smartsheet, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Gong.
  • Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred.
