Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the building and grounds, including snow removal, equipment preparedness, and various repair tasks.
  • Ensure emergency lighting and emergency shows are functioning properly.
  • Perform adaptable work in construction aspects such as concrete, tile, carpentry, painting, and pipe insulating.
  • Operate construction equipment with knowledge of its mechanics.
  • Use hand tools efficiently and maintain them in good condition.
  • Understand ladder safety, fire extinguisher operation, and tool handling (power and metal cutting tools).
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to read, interpret documents, and write routine reports.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation:
