Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide customers with a unique shopping experience by utilizing the G.U.E.S.T. service approach, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales goals, maintain merchandising standards, and process customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and motivate the sales team to improve sales and service, providing continuous feedback and recognition.
  • Store Operations: Supervise the sales floor, perform opening and closing procedures, and maintain store cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS systems, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment, leading by example and inspiring others to achieve sales and service goals.
