We are seeking motivated and experienced retail professionals to join our team as Store Managers in Training at 99 Ranch Market in Chandler, AZ.

Job Summary:
This is a full-time position responsible for managing the daily operations of a store department, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting company standards. The ideal candidate will have previous management or supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities include:
  • Department Management: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure product displays meet company standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Team Management: Coach, train, and mentor employees to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Sales and Inventory: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize inventory levels and drive sales growth.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure a safe and clean working environment, maintain equipment, and report any maintenance needs to the store manager.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in retail or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college education preferred.
  • Language: Bilingual English and Chinese (or Spanish) is highly preferred.
  • Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States.

    $500 after 90 days

Location:
The location of this job is in Chandler, AZ, with occasional relocation possible depending on business needs.

Salary:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour during the training period, with opportunities for advancement to exempt employee status upon completion of the training program. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities, education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
