Position Overview:

We are seeking a Housekeeper to contribute to our Senior Living community. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include cleaning designated public areas of the facility.
Work Schedule:
- 64 hours biweekly
- Day shifts
- No weekend shifts

Facility Overview: Our Senior Living community provides a range of services, including Independent/Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Enhanced Assisted Living, encompassing a total of 78 units. We are proud to have a dedicated team of caregivers who share our mission of promoting health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floors, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Respond to and clean up emergency spills as necessary.
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed.
- Safely execute housekeeping tasks, adhering to proper techniques for bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required, though experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Effective communication skills with residents and staff are necessary.
