Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

**Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 for Full-Time Positions**

Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Shift Details: Day, Evening, Night Shifts; every other weekend off with rotating weekdays

Compensation: $22 - $28 per hour, based on experience

Location: Avamere Rehabilitation of Issaquah

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor residents regularly to ensure their personal care needs are met according to their preferences
  • Review daily care plans to ensure any necessary adjustments are made
  • Notify nursing supervisors of any changes in residents' conditions for appropriate updates to care plans
  • Assist residents with daily activities, including preparation for social programs and transportation to appointments
  • Ensure residents' rooms are welcoming and ready for their comfort
  • Participate in facility surveys conducted by authorized agencies
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident care information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Communicate essential resident information effectively to nursing staff and administration
Qualifications:
  • Minimum education requirement: 10th grade or higher
  • Must hold a valid certification as a nursing assistant in the state
