We are seeking a skilled RN Fellow to join our team at Providence Alaska Medical Center-Anchorage. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, providing high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential safety risks and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
