Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of professional experience in human resources within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
  • Experience in talent management and employee development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and employment standards.
