Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Counselor Therapist to join our team at FCS, Inc. As a key member of our mental health service team, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling services to adults and seniors in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients as needed
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
- Conduct discharge planning and case management for inpatient psychiatric patients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW) or a related field
- Licensure or certification to practice psychotherapy and/or counseling in the State of California
- At least 2 years of experience in providing mental health services to adults and seniors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
