Key Responsibilities

  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio.
  • Minimum of six months of experience in institutional nursing, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients with proper body mechanics.
