- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of six months of experience in institutional nursing, preferably in a home care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients with proper body mechanics.
