Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Toyota of Scranton. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage service appointments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, obtaining vehicle information, and performing a thorough walk-around to identify any damage or needed repairs.
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with customers regarding repair orders, estimates, and any changes to the service plan.
  • Review and ensure that all repair orders are completed accurately and efficiently, and that customers are informed of any additional work or charges.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of service activities.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction standards by providing a positive and professional service experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of automotive service software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
