Key Responsibilities

As a Mobile Tire Service Technician, your primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service while excelling in the replacement, repair, and rotation of tires on various vehicles. The role also involves:

  • Mounting, balancing, rotating, inflating, and repairing tires for light trucks, heavy-duty vehicles, agricultural equipment, ATVs, golf carts, and industrial machinery, whether on-site, in a workshop, or at customer locations, ensuring all wheels are properly torqued to manufacturer specifications upon completion.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, taking responsibility for the removal and installation of all tires serviced.
  • Assisting with inventory management through loading and unloading stock.
  • Conducting Fleet Checks and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding fleet vehicle tire maintenance.
  • Upholding a clean and organized work environment.
  • Demonstrating fairness and integrity in customer interactions, reflecting our commitment to outstanding service and ethical practices.
  • Accurately completing work orders and associated documentation.
  • Being available for flexible scheduling, including service calls during evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Adhering to company safety protocols and participating in all training sessions offered.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in industrial tire service (preferred, training available).
  • 1-2 years of experience with heavy-duty and commercial tires (preferred, training available).
  • 1-2 years of experience with passenger, light truck, agricultural, or industrial tires (preferred, training available).
  • ASE/TIA certification or willingness to pursue training.
  • Exhibit a high level of motivation, energy, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and/or move tires weighing between 30 and 250 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Enjoy a physically demanding role.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
