Job Description

DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead the resin operations team. This role is responsible for the production of resins while supporting multiple strategic teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in resin or chemical manufacturing. They will be knowledgeable in Lean Six Sigma and have strong project management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality management tools to streamline production processes and improve product quality.
  • Maintaining clear communication with all support functions to ensure alignment with production objectives.
  • Leading the implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and fostering a strong safety culture.
  • Engaging and developing team members to boost performance and enhance capabilities.
  • Establishing and leading teams dedicated to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinating with the supply chain department on inventory management, logistics, and procurement for resin operations.
