Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter Helper to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our coatings production team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to painting and coating operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, and painting operations to established standards.
  • Process is easily repeatable, requiring a low amount of troubleshooting and adjustment to complete assigned tasks.
  • Follow established guidelines, procedures, plans, and priorities as set by the supervisor.
  • Understand continuous improvement opportunities of paint processes.
  • Maintain paint equipment in good operating order.
  • Train in the paint booth to lean powder coat painting.
