About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Material Handler to join our team at Revolution. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the finished product and ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Guide, teach, and direct co-workers assigned to assist with material handling tasks.
  • Operate Fork Lift and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Fulfill Silos, maintain levels, perform maintenance, and unload railcars.
  • Fill boxes from box loader and run Starlinger and Pumping equipment.
  • Load and unload trailers, track lot and PO numbers, and promote and implement our Core Values daily.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and make continuous efforts to improve product quality.
  • Flexibility to work on special projects and perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and basic computer skills.
  • Experience in an industrial environment, material handling skills, and experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
