**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Christus Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients assigned to physical therapy.

**Responsibilities:**

* Gather pertinent data from patient charts and discuss with physicians as necessary
* Independently assess all patient types as assigned
* Recognize additional needs during evaluation and exercise good judgment in decision making
* Interpret results and formulate relevant, measurable, realistic, and attainable goals
* Reassess patient progress regularly and identify appropriate equipment

**Requirements:**

* Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
* Licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of employment
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

**Work Type:**

Per Diem As Needed
