- Proactively leads the execution of equipment enhancement projects.

- Evaluates equipment performance, failure data, and maintenance history to create and implement engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, and other reliability techniques.
- Provides technical assistance to operations and manufacturing teams regarding equipment troubleshooting.
- Employs predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance strategies designed to identify or mitigate risks before failures occur, ensuring optimal maintenance execution.
- Collaborates with the maintenance team to prioritize assets and actions based on failure probabilities and evaluates compliance, supply, strategy, and cost risks.
- Delivers training and coaching in Root Cause and Reliability Analysis, ensuring ongoing tracking, implementation, and follow-up of all Root Cause Analysis projects.
- Ensures adherence to regulatory standards and ATS policies and procedures.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET accredited).
- Minimum of eight years of reliability experience across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Proficient in a comprehensive range of reliability tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical or mechanical components, tools, and designs.
- Capable of conducting failure mode effects analysis, cause and effect diagrams, root cause failure analysis, life-cycle costing, and risk analysis.
- Adept at researching and applying new equipment technologies and trends.
- Strong problem-solving, mathematical, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications, maintenance systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong technical writing and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to foster and maintain positive, professional relationships.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Aspirations to advance into leadership roles.
- Experience with data trend analysis, vibration analysis, motor current analysis, oil analysis, lubrication and hydraulic testing, laser alignment, nondestructive testing, infrared thermography, ultrasound technology, acoustic reliability technology, Weibull analysis, and Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Familiarity with various government regulations, including Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), National Electrical Testing Association (NETA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces, and communicate effectively. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Regular close vision and color vision are required. The employee may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and electrical hazards. Work is typically conducted in a factory environment, which is often very loud, and may involve exposure to hazardous materials and slippery surfaces.
Salary Information:
$50 - $65 / hr
