Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fleet management or a similar field, preferably within the transportation and logistics industry.
  • Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, compliance, safety regulations, and cost control.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for improving fleet performance.
