About the Role
At Armanino, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Valuation Consultant to join our Valuation Advisory Services (VAS) Practice. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality real estate valuation and appraisal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex real estate valuation and appraisal projects, ensuring exceptional quality and technical excellence.
- Participate in all aspects of valuation projects, from proposal preparation to project completion, with minimal supervision.
- Develop and write comprehensive appraisal reports in support of valuation analyses.
- Train and mentor junior consultants, reviewing their work to ensure quality control.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to develop informed valuation opinions.
- Perform appraisal reviews of valuations completed by other firms.
- Collaborate with clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible valuation experience in a real estate appraisal firm or valuation practice of an accounting or consulting firm.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, statistics, mathematics, real estate, or engineering.
- Proficiency in all three approaches to value (Sales Comparison, Income, and Cost approaches).
- Certified General licensed appraiser or significant progress toward achieving said license.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
