This Water Mitigation Expert position plays a pivotal role in our team's success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, mold remediation, and setup of professional drying equipment according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
- Monitoring drying conditions in atmosphere and building materials.
- Working collaboratively with Lead Technicians on completing scheduled losses.
- Accurately documenting job details in management software.
- ServiceMaster CDR is a premier Disaster Restoration company providing top-quality restoration services with integrity in Texas and Ohio.
- We offer comprehensive restoration services for commercial and residential properties.
- We have 12 branch locations and are one of the top 5 ServiceMaster franchises in the U.S.
