We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering personalized beauty experiences.

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines to clients, showcasing your expertise and building trust.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and new products, ensuring you can provide the best possible advice to clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
• Participate in sales and promotional events, driving sales and increasing revenue.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for clients.

• Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
• Passion for client service and beauty.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
