Job Description

Beau Jo's Management Company is seeking a skilled Wait Staff member to join our team at our Arvada location. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to all guests
  • Understand and implement salad bar maintenance, set up, and break down
  • Ability to handle his/her own cash drawer and maintain accurate records
  • Work as a team with other employees to ensure seamless service
  • Complete all side work and cleaning procedures required by management

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age if serving alcoholic beverages
  • Physically able to perform functions of a wait staff position, including bending, lifting, and walking up to 8 hours
  • Willing to train 5 shifts at minimum pay, possibly including one kitchen shift and one host shift
  • Be familiar with the setup and layout of the restaurant
  • Possess reliable transportation and be willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
