About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In House Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Grand Desert. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional marketing experiences to our guests and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute in-person marketing strategies to engage with prospective and current owners at our resorts.
  • Partner with resort staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Screen and qualify potential customers, making sales-tour reservations and collecting required deposits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and supported throughout their stay.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, marketing information, and materials to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree preferred.
