Job Title: Pediatric Medical Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Pediatric Medical Assistant to join our team at Urgent Care for Kids. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our healthcare providers in delivering exceptional service.

Job Summary:

  • Assist healthcare providers with procedures, patient care, and administrative tasks.
  • Document patient information, medications, and test results accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare exam rooms, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Perform various clinical and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA regulations, and basic clinical procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
