- Manage service appointments efficiently, gathering necessary customer and vehicle information prior to their arrival.
- Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide detailed and accurate written estimates for labor and parts, establishing clear expectations for service completion times.
- Monitor the progress of repairs throughout the day, keeping customers informed of any changes to estimates or timelines.
- Conduct test drives or coordinate with technicians as needed to assess vehicle conditions.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index rating, aligning with manufacturer standards.
- Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and the importance of adhering to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, particularly regarding hazardous waste disposal and safety protocols.
- Adhere to company safety policies and promptly report any incidents to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is essential.
- Minimum of two years in a dealership role with a solid understanding of vehicle mechanics.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment screenings.
