Job Details
This position offers:

$30,000 Sign-on Bonus
for twenty-four-month FT commitment and a housing allowance of $1,000, grossed up, for up twelve months for a new hire who relocates. - A supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities
The Professional RN is responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to patients using the nursing process.
- Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Documenting patient care given and monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assisting patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Providing patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Working as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate requires:
- An Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A current NM RN license or appropriate compact licensure.
- BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire, with PALS/ENPC obtained within 6 months.
