Job Summary

Baltimore Country Club, a renowned golf and country club in Lutherville-Timonium and Baltimore, MD, is seeking a highly organized Storeroom Clerk to support our Culinary team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, along with free staff meals, an employee discount program, free golf on Mondays, and gym membership reimbursements.

About the Role:

The Storeroom Clerk will operate under the direction of the Culinary Purchasing Administrator, responsible for managing the storeroom by receiving deliveries, checking products against purchase orders, and maintaining proper storage procedures. Key responsibilities include organizing stock rotation using the FIFO system, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the storeroom, freezer, and coolers, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of storage requirements and protocols.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Solid judgment, multitasking skills, and ability to work in varying temperatures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in fast-paced environments.
